Arnot Realty Opens Ironworks Ithaca Showroom

Ithaca, NY (March 3, 2022) - Arnot Realty, one of the largest real estate developers in the Finger Lakes region specializing in the development and management of multi-family, commercial, and retail properties, has announced the opening of the Showroom and launch of the website for their latest mixed-use development: Ironworks Ithaca.

Ironworks Ithaca is the newest apartment building in the West End that will offer 129 residential units ranging from junior one to two bedrooms, and 4,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space fronting West State Street. The building celebrates the site’s industrial past by adaptively reusing the brick façade of an existing 1880’s building while providing new, energy-efficient apartments to further Ithaca’s housing and sustainability goals.

Prospects can select their desired unit and take the initial steps to become one of the first to call Ironworks Ithaca home, from the website or the Showroom.

The development is on track to be completed in the summer of 2022. Inquirers can visit the Showroom at 502 West State, directly across Corn Street from the development, and conveniently located next to Gimme! Coffee to get a firsthand look at a complete model kitchen & bathroom, as well as the fixtures, finishes, and flooring used throughout Ironworks Ithaca.
