Peter N. Dugo joined Arnot Realty in 2012 and was elected President in 2016. Originally from Watkins Glen, Peter holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business. He also holds bachelor's degrees in Architecture and Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Before joining Arnot Realty, Peter owned a real estate development consulting business in the Bay Area and was a practicing Architect in both San Francisco and Washington, DC. He resides in Corning with his partner, Kimberly, and their Portuguese Water Dog, August.
